Our annual Occupational Safety, Health and Sustainability Days (AGN Days) 2026 will take place from 19–25 August. The week features inspiring talks, interactive activities, and health and sustainability initiatives. All three dimensions of sustainability – social, environmental, and governance – are addressed through a diverse programme available both online and on-site at our main locations. The AGN Days are organized by colleagues from Occupational Safety, Health Protection and our Green Team.

The Outcome
More than 500 participants from across all departments joined the online talks on climate, food, and the environment. In addition, 15 bat boxes and five bird nesting boxes were built.
The Impact
Beyond Meat products are now part of our canteen’s regular offering. The resource-efficient products from MushRoots and BettaF!sh, which many employees remember from previous AGN Days, are also now regularly available in the canteen. Employees have also become more aware of occupational safety and health protection.
