What gave you the courage to start?
The community was created in 2023 by a small group of OGPs engaged in social and environmental causes, and eager to have an impact in the company. They created this community based on 130+ responses to a survey that they sent to all OGPs from all cohorts (from 2022 to the latest ones). Thus the community was completely built for and by its members.
They are sponsored are Elizabeth Tchoungui, CSR director of Orange Group, and Alban Martin, Social director in Elizabeth’s team.
