“Re – Become a Changemaker” is a quarterly, one-day workshop held at the Vodafone Campus in Düsseldorf for around 25 employees from across different roles and departments, with a particular focus on leadership. The Outcome
The project is now firmly embedded in the organization and continues to evolve. It began with an exploration phase and initial discussions with The People Network, followed by internal approval and funding. From there, the project moved into detailed concept development and is now being delivered as a quarterly workshop. Participant feedback is continuously incorporated to further develop and improve the format.
The Impact
A regenerative community is taking shape. The idea of regeneration is becoming more familiar to employees and gradually becoming part of their mindset. The workshop is planting the first seeds, empowering participants to actively shape a regenerative future. In this way, it is beginning to influence the very DNA of the organization.
The Biggest Challenge
Clear, accessible communication and an engaging invitation are essential, particularly for a highly experiential and emotional format that differs from the standard training portfolio. Asking employees to commit to a full-day workshop means demonstrating that it is a worthwhile investment of their time. Word of mouth from participants is therefore an important way to build awareness and encourage others to take part.
The Biggest Learning
Let it flow – bring different perspectives and stakeholders together and give the concept the space to evolve organically.
Most Enjoyed
The creative process of co-creating the workshop and, of course, the workshop sessions themselves. Each session creates a very personal atmosphere and a genuine sense of connection, while the appreciation we receive from participants makes the work especially rewarding. Above all, it is incredibly motivating to realize how many of us are on this journey together.
