TeamGreen – My Favorite Dish
Together with our caterer at the Vodafone Campus, TeamGreen has launched an initiative that gives employees the opportunity to suggest their favorite vegetarian or vegan dishes and have them served in the canteen for everyone to enjoy. Selected dishes are then added to the canteen menu for everyone to enjoy – and if they prove popular, they may even become a regular feature.
The Outcome
The dishes have been very well received. Many employees appreciate the growing variety of vegetarian and vegan options and the opportunity to see their own preferences reflected in the canteen menu.
The Impact
With this initiative, we aim to raise awareness that vegetarian and vegan meals can be both delicious and nutritious, while encouraging employees to explore more plant-based options.
The Biggest Challenge
As we did not have a dedicated budget for this initiative, we needed to keep additional costs to a minimum. Thanks to the strong support of our employer and our caterer, we were able to implement the idea successfully with very limited additional resources.
Most Enjoyed
What we enjoyed most was developing and refining the initial idea together with our external caterer. Their hands-on support and pragmatic approach helped us turn the idea into reality quickly and smoothly.
